All Star Information:
The Hot Shots All Stars train 11 months a year to compete in the sport of All Star cheerleading. Hot Shots currently offers All Star teams for boys and girls, ages K-12, in multiple ability divisions, including beginner through elite. All Stars train 5 hours per week in preparation for competition at the regional and national levels. Competition locations include Atlanta, Birmingham, Nashville, Orlando, and Destin. The All Star training season runs each year from May through October. The All Star competitive season begins in November and runs through April. Anyone interested in trying out for the Hot Shots All Star program is STRONGLY encouraged to ENROLL TODAY in a tumbling class at Hot Shots. We will be accepting new 2008 All Stars until June 1st!.

What is All Star Prep at Hot Shots?
Here is your chance to try out the Hot Shots All Star program! All Star Prep is an exciting new 6 month accelerated program for boys & girls ages 3-8. All Star Prep team members will commit to the program from June-December ONLY. We will practice for 1 hour, twice a week, on Wednesdays and Fridays. We will focus on flexibility and strength plus stunts, tumbling, dance and motions - just like the big kids! No competitions or traveling involved.
No skills required!
ALL of the fun - NONE of the pressure!
