Pre-School Gymnastics/Tumbling Instructor -
Kaitlin is a 2007 graduate of
Trion High School. At the middle and high school levels,
Kaitlin cheered competitively for 7 years. As a member of
the Trion High School Varsity Competition Cheerleaders,
Kaitlin was a two-time GHSA State Finalist in Class A. As an
All Star cheerleader, Kaitlin competed with the Senior team
from Georgia Elite All Stars.
Kaitlin began her collegiate cheer
career as a member of the Wallace State College Large Coed
cheer team, where she was a 2008 UCA College National
Finalist in the Junior College division, placing 4th in the
Nation. Kaitlin now attends Shorter College on a competitive
cheerleading scholarship, where she is a member of 2009 NCA
National Finalist Large Coed squad. As a gymnastics and
cheerleading instructor, Kaitlin has been coaching for 3
years. She is also a UCA staff member with experience
teaching cheerleading camps throughout the southeastern
United States, and a competitive cheer judge for the Georgia
High School Association.
When asked why she coaches, Kaitlin
says �I love teaching people to accomplish skills they have
worked hard to achieve!� When asked what makes her a GOOD
coach, Kaitlin says �I care about my students. I want them
to be able to learn as much as possible.� When asked what
else Kaitlin wants you to know about her, she says �I attend
Alpine Church, and I love to volunteer at different nursing
homes by playing the piano and entertaining them!�
